Our hosting and infrastructure providers may also process standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and request timestamps for security and reliability purposes.

We use submitted information to:

• Prepare and deliver the risk assessment or briefing you requested.
• Respond to your inquiry and follow up about your enquiry or account.
• Operate, secure, and improve this website and our services.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not add form submissions to unrelated marketing lists.

Messages triggered by your submissions are sent from our verified sending domain. These are transactional replies related to your request. Where an unsubscribe link is included, you can opt out of further messages of that type at any time.

We rely on third-party providers for website hosting, database storage, and email delivery. These providers process data on our behalf and only as needed to run the service. We ask you to contact us if you need the current list of providers for a vendor review.

We keep form submissions for as long as needed to respond to your request and to maintain business records, then delete or anonymize them. You may request earlier deletion by emailing us.
