By accessing this website, requesting a corporate threat scan, or contacting us through this site, you agree to these terms. If you are acting for an organization, you confirm you are authorized to do so on its behalf.

ExecShield.ai provides executive digital protection services, including assessments of publicly available exposure relating to leadership teams.

The free corporate threat scan is an introductory, informational assessment. It is not a security audit, penetration test, or legal, compliance, or investigative advice.

You agree not to:

• Submit information about people without an appropriate basis to do so.
• Use the service to harass, surveil, or profile individuals unlawfully.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the site.
• Submit false, misleading, or third-party contact details you are not entitled to use.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and for keeping any credentials associated with your organization's engagement confidential. We may decline or discontinue a scan or engagement at our discretion.

Paid services, deliverables, service levels, fees, and any additional commitments are governed by a separate written agreement or order form between your organization and ExecShield.ai. Where that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls for that engagement.

The site, its content, branding, and any reports we produce remain the property of ExecShield.ai or its licensors. Reports shared with you may be used internally by your organization but may not be resold or published without our written permission.

The site and any free assessment are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Removal of information from third-party sources depends on those parties, and we do not guarantee that any particular record will be removed or will stay removed.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ExecShield.ai is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from use of this site or a free assessment.

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
